Hudgens. An Arizona family woke up to an interesting
surprise this week when they discovered that a large package of weed had crashed through
their carport overnight. They werent even trying to go green. Authorities suspect that the 28-pound bundle
of pot was dropped by a small aircraft due to pilot error before it crashed through the
carport and smashed an empty dog crate.
According to KTLA, detectives involved in
this case noted that theyve seen bundles of weed weighing several hundred or even a thousand
pounds dropped near the border by lightweight aircraft, but that normally, the bundles dont
land on houses. Detectives also revealed that in addition
to ultralight aircraft, smugglers often use catapults to launch drugs over the U.S./Mexico
border. The familys carport is only about 1,000 feet from Mexico. Police suspect that the bundle of pot has
a street value of roughly $10,000.
I bet some smugglers out there are feeling super low
when they shouldve been getting really *high*. Get it? For all of
