solutions. Today we're going to go over all the technical
equipment that you need to work from home I know I did a video where I previously unboxed
some of the technical equipment and showed it to you guys but I'm going to show you how
to find it, if you have none of it I'm going to show you where to go, where to search,
how to find the best USB headset, how to find the best dial pad, and how to find the best
computer and even show you, you know if you want to purchase a secondary monitor so you
want to have two monitors to be able to work a little better from home I'm going to show
you that as well alright let's go ahead and get started. Hey guys welcome back ANDVARIS virtual solutions
we are live here and I'm going to show you guys how to find your technical equipment
I've already, did a little research free video so I can have it ready for you guys this is

a look here alright now there's our technical requirements page this is where you can read
and get familiar with all of our or all of the technical requirements you know involved
for you to be able to work from home for ARISE. As you can see we have the desktop or laptop
the plain old telephone line or VoIP the USB.
Headset, a dial pad and obviously you do need
internet service and I'm going to show you everything this is the unboxing video here
that I was talking to you guys about prior where I show you how I unboxed all the technical
requirements needed for the position. But I guess in this video I'm going to show
you how to find it and just how inexpensive it is to get started working from home see
if you actually click on any one of these links here we've already made it easy for
you guys so you can purchase it right from our website any one of these links will take
you right to the item and you can just put it in you know go directly into your cart
and you could purchase it from there. Now let's go ahead and get started in you
know, using our technical requirements page let's start with the USB headset and you know
I just happen to like Amazon, Amazon's just really easy you go you find the item you purchase
it you get it in the next few days I believe this is one that we have on our website here
the micro USB headset here and remember guys it has to be a USB headset because it need
to be plugged into your computer. I mean it's super inexpensive this head set
is $15 let's go back over here yep $15 you want to be a little more expensive and find
something a little more I guess known a little more branded Logitech here this Logitech is
$29.99 And you know has a USB headset piece right there it should just fit perfectly and
it should work perfectly alright that is it for the headset there.
Let's go and move on to the dial pad now once
you're done with training you're going to need to have a dial pad look at all the choices
you have here some of these won't make sense but let's stick to what we can get here let's
say you want, you're on a tight budget and you want to just spend as little as possible
the dial pad here with a headset it comes with a headset attached to it now this head
set is where you will be using to take life cause okay the dial pad comes with the headset
$20.99 I mean that's super inexpensive you plug in your landline to the back of the dial
pad as you can see here and you're taking cause $20 guys and you have yourself a dial
pad this is what the bundle looks like I showed this in my unboxing video and it wasn't particularly
this one but it was similar to this one and they work just as well. Let's go ahead and move on to the actual computer
or desktop or laptop I'm going to go through some desktops here any one of these desktops
will fit what you need for the client and to work ARISE as you can see I mean even this
um this newest Lenovo 2016 here seller on dual processors 2gb RAM this was for one hundred
and fifty eight dollars you can have this and you can start working from home the only
thing is you need to connect a hardwire Internet Ethernet cable to it to have a hardwired internet
connection and I'm going to show that this in just a second but as you can see super
inexpensive out of these, if I had to purchase something and like I said I will you know
just tight on a budget maybe I will be looking for something like a like an Acer like this
you know you have to just be mindful of how big the screen is 11 inches on the screen
so maybe I wouldn't pick this one try something a little bit just a little bit bigger 14 inch
notebook here, yeah this will work this 14 inch notebook for $219 this will work perfectly
yeah it's real nice too and you will be working with 4gb of RAM 32gbs of hard drive it's a
14inch screen with Windows 10 already so you would be good to go. And I see they want to have a laptop and you
want it to be a little more just grounded and have your desk area have like an office
space and have a desk top of a tower you know the monitors you can find that here. Let's see, you just take a pick take your
choice um every single one of these computers can work with the ARISE system just make sure
they're not refurbished and they are new let's see here look at this one here this DELL here
$279 and 8GB of RAM one terabyte of hard drive Windows 10 already has a you know disk drive
this will work perfect.
Just super inexpensive and it comes with the
keyboard and mouse and I'm sure you can find some that come with the screen with the monitor
already so then you'd have to look for those but you know you don't have to spend $419
you don't have to spend 500 or 800 dollars I think if you go to spend like if you didn't
have any of the equipment and you were just to hey I want to work from home and I want
to get started you could probably spend I. Would say if even to $500 to $600 and have
an entire work at home nice clean set up ready to work from home that would blow all of ARISE
technical requirements and systems and you would be working at home perfectly fine without
any technical issues at all. Let's go ahead and move on now we all know
that we have to be connected and as a hardwired connection to your when you're servicing and
when you're training for these clients now obviously everybody knows it has to be hardwired
it can not be a Wi-Fi connection so I want to take the chance in this video to show you,
you know an Ethernet cable these are Ethernet cables now as you can see they're very minimal
cost, you can buy at five to six dollar Ethernet cable a nine dollar and the difference in
prices in here is probably just the size of them you can have a ten foot cable 50 foot
cable five foot cable see this is 25 feet this is 50 feet and there's 10 feet so just
however far your router or modem is to your actual Tower or laptop depends you know how
much of a length of cable you need to have so you can have a hard wired internet connection
Alright now I even and this video here what I did was that I want to show you guys everything
even all the way to the landline so I took the initiative here and I was looking at the
landline pricing because remember once you're done with training you will need to also have
a landline now in some cases you can have a VoIP but some clients you know it depends
what client you're going to be working with some clients will not allow VoIP but some
clients do the safest thing to go is to go over landline so you can be safe throughout
every single client and you can see how inexpensive they are here is, this is Vonage plan here
with North America Vantage plan for $9.99 A month for the first 12 months now after
12 months I guess here it becomes $24.99 But that's just 20 for let's say, you know let's
say okay you were done after the year you are already making money you're working from
home $24.99 It's just it's like a business bill, it just happens to be a business bill
for you working okay but you can literally start the plan for $9.99 And have that for
12 months I even take the liberty of going to AT&T in case you guys didn't have Vonage
in your area you can see how expensive it is here too now AT&T is a little more expensive
but regardless is still $27 unlimited local calling now these features here popular calling
features like caller ID call waiting call forwarding three-way you won't even need to
have these so this might be even less expensive and it might be $20 or you know 19 and change
now because you're not going to need these features once you get your phone line it has
to be a plain old telephone line it just needs to be able to call, call long distance and
that's it, it cannot have caller ID cannot have call waiting it cannot have call forwarding
or any of these here okay and guys that really wraps everything up here hope that this helped
you guys and you guys got some good information from this like I said you can order any one
of these you know piece of equipment here to work from home if you were to order them
all I mean look at look how much you would be spending here you know not much at all
and if you didn't have anything you can have everything ready for a very low cost and start
working from home. Alright guys I'm going to go ahead and wrap
